Laminated vacuum bags
Laminated vacuum bags are made of a material that is composed of sheets that are independently adhered to ensure that the barrier is always uniform, thus guaranteeing the perfect preservation of your product for more time, giving it a long shelf life.
The laminated bag is also treated against ultraviolet rays to prevent food discolouration.
Thanks to the proliferation of layers it also has great resistance to breakage and, in turn, provides a barrier against O2, N2, CO2 and steam.

Gold/silver vacuum bags
Vacuum bags made exclusively of laminated material to bring added value to the product, providing it with the advantages of laminated packaging as well as an appearance of freshness and quality.
Laminated vacuum bags are so named because they are made of a material that is composed of sheets that are independently adhered to ensure that the barrier is always uniform, thus guaranteeing the perfect preservation of your product for more time, giving it a long shelf life.
The laminated bag is also treated against ultraviolet rays to prevent food discolouration.

- These vacuum bags can be designed in two different ways at the customer’s request:
- One side of the bag can be transparent and the other silver/gold to give the product an excellent presentation.
- Both sides of the bag can be silver/gold to leave the interior of the bag opaque, protecting the product from direct contact with light.

Our flat co-extrusion bag is of high quality, offering a high degree of transparency and gloss that will add value to your product.
It is an inexpensive material.
Available in a wide variety of colours: Blue, black, white, wood effect and sack/raffia effect. The option to combine all the colours is also available.

Cooking bags 121ºC
We manufacture vacuum bags for cooking and sterilisation with thermal resistance of up to 121ºC.
These bags are intended for the sterilisation of products after packaging. They are also intended for the hospitality sector when using autoclaves, ovens and microwaves (vacuum cooking).
Vacuum bags of this type are ideal for kitchens in bars, restaurants and hotels.

Embossed vacuum bags
Our embossed bags are intended for external packaging machines (of the domestic or non-chamber type) and are also suitable for chamber machines.
The bag has one sheet with a smooth surface and another with an embossed one for the extraction of air in this type of machine, so that the vacuum and subsequent sealing are done in the right way.
We have two types of embossed vacuum bags:
- Embossed vacuum bags suitable for cooking up to 90ºC
- Embossed vacuum bags suitable for cooking up to 121ºC
We also have embossed vacuum rolls (ideal for domestic use, since they can be cut as required):
- 20 cm wide and 6 meters-long embossed vacuum roll
- 30 cm wide and 6 meters-long embossed vacuum roll

Vacuum protectors
We manufacture vacuum protectors with a view to protecting vacuum bags from possible punctures caused by sharp products. They can be manufactured to the size required for each product to be covered, such as ribs, legs of ham, bones, etc.
The protectors are made of highly-resistant metallic material to prevent any risk of perforation of the bag.
